Rihanna has been spotted at various recording studios over the past few days and now she's officially stepping back in the spotlight with her first show date since the Chris Brown incident. Ri Ri is reportedly in talks to perform in Dubai end of next month; a rep for Dubai told MTV: "Rihanna will be performing on May 28. The tickets have not gone on sale, but will do so in the next two weeks."
