Rapper LIL WAYNE is using a pioneering medical headband in a desperate bid to beat his agonising migraines.
The tired star's childhood sweetheart, Toya Johnson, bought him the pressure-point band as a Christmas (09) present and the hip-hop star insists it's the best gift he has ever been given.
He tells Rolling Stone magazine, "I've had them (migraines) sine I was 12, since my accident."
As a child, Lil Wayne accidentally shot himself in the chest.
It's not his only gun-related headache - the rapper will start a year-long jail sentence later this month (Feb10) on weapons charges
