Unstoppable Beyonce brings Jay Z and Kanye West along for mindblowing free concert
Detail:
However not even the incredible Jay Z could overshadow Beyonce as she threw herself into astounding performances of Single Ladies, If I Were A Boy and Diva.

The 28-year old seemed totally at home on stage and looked to be having the time of her life. The ridiculous number of costume changes she went through only added to the magic of the evening.
Another guest appearance came later as rapper Kanye West, who has been keeping a low profile since he was critisiced for invading the stage during Taylor Swift’s acceptance speech at the VMA’s, graced the stage to perform with Beyonce on the remix version of Ego.

The singer then flew through the arena trapeze artist style before launching into Baby Boy, a hit from her debut solo album Dangerously In Love.

The singer then flew through the arena trapeze artist style before launching into Baby Boy, a hit from her debut solo album Dangerously In Love.

She then delighted long-term fans by performing a medley of her hits with group Destiny’s Child including Survivor, Bills, Bills, Bills, Independent Woman and Say My Name as well as the rarely performed Check Up On It from the Pink Panther movie soundtrack.

Her incredible vocal abilities were showcased during ballads such as Broken Hearted Girl and Listen where she was note perfect throughout.

Beyonce's biggest hit Irreplacable also went down a storm, with the crowd singing most of the song on her behalf. She also performed several covers included Alanis Morrisette’s You Oughta Know, Dawn Penn’s reggae classic You Don’t Know Me (No, No, No) and Ave Maria.

Her rendition of Etta James’s At Last proved an emotional moment as a video of clips of the civil rights movement followed by footage of President Obama winning the US election and Beyonce performing the same song for him wife and Michelle during the Inauguration Ball was played.

But the tearjerker of the night came at the very end when a home video of a young Beyonce getting ready to go to her first Michael Jackson concert was shown.

She then spoke about the night she saw her ‘hero’ perform for the first time before dedicating her song Halo to him. The tribute to the King of Pop seemed apt as many industry experts have been tipping Beyonce as the next Michael Jackson.

While it’s far too early for such comparisons, she certainly proved that she is one of the most exciting and talented performer’s around and may well go down in history as such.
