A US music publisher is taking legal action against Akon, Bone Thugs-N-Harmony and producer Swizz Beatz, accusing them of plagiariasm.
The allegedly stolen tune in question is Rasa's 1978 release "When The Day Will Come".
It's claimed that BTNH's 2007 single "I Tried", featuring Akon and produced by Swizz Beatz, steals a chant from the Rasa release.
