JLS LAUNCH THEIR OWN CONDOMS

News Date: 09 Mar,2010 11:50 AM
News Detail :
The award winning boyband have hinted that the condom brand will be called Just Love Safe – following the same initials as their band’s name.

This move into the contraceptive department was prompted after the foursome joked around in The Sun about creating their own range but Durex – the industry leaders – took them seriously and suggested joining forces.

JLS’ Aston Merrygold told the newspaper: ‘My mum sends me down a stash [of condoms] and I dish them out to the lads so none of us have to worry.

I’d really be up for doing some kind of campaign about safe sex.’

The group are famed ladies’ men after they shot to fame following their debut single Beat Again last year.

They each don their own colour during touring and there is speculation that they want to use these colours for their condom range.

JLS come in a long line of stars wanting to promote safe sex. In December last year, N-Dubz released their single Shoulda Put Something On to show their young fans the importance of protection.
